I normally go through the first time without saying anything. After one wipe I'll give very slight instruction. After two wipes I take full control and order like a damn general. I feel bad but at the end of the day, the raid gets done.

I'm a lot like you, the first 3-4 attempts I'm calm and collected just let it play out, after that I start to remind everyone what's going on and after 10 attempts or so I go full out drill sergeant lol
