(Exotic sniper rifle)

This gun has 5 rounds in 1 mag and has a unique main perk.
First column: Flared magwell, perfect stability, mulligan
Main perk: will of the dead: each time a team member dies around you the guns base stats are increased for a short time, this effect can be stacked depending on the amount of dead comrades.
This sniper rifle is ideal for raids when teammates die and you need that extra hand up.

That is a great idea because the exotic upgrade follows the lore of the weapon. It also is a very unique upgrade because it delves into a realm of support perks that aren't touched. It sounds amazing for pve and I imagine that you can really turn situations around in pvp when your teammates are dying. This is a great exotic.
