Highest impact Legendary sniper?
Me and my bro were 'discussing' what is the highest impact Legendary sniper rifle in the game at the moment, I'm biased towards the Efrideet's Spear but I haven't tried out the raid sniper yet, thoughts?

I found another one with 32 impact--Civilian Applications. Also it has a 3-round mag so it's perfect for a Final Round perk. Drops in Roc strikes somewhat commonly.

I love my Prudence 2... its not the perks for say its the RoF and a 6 round mag... nuff said... you may cry... now

I know they're close if not the same. The speer is more versitile but nothing takes out bosses like the hammer
