They're all just elitists who feel they are the master race for earning it. You had to earn the arms from IB, but it wasn't the raid. Therefore they didn't "earn it. How does winning multiple matches of the crucible not count as earning? Maybe Bungie was trying to cater to those who don't want to have the same armor as everyone else. I really wish that Bungie would add vanity though.
