No. First time around, I burnt out on playing crucible after playing IB the ENTIRE week just to hit rank 3. Second time around I was just meh because I already had raid gear and only needed a helmet to get to 30 so I got the arm for cosmetic purposes and didn't care to max to 5. Third time around I didn't even play it. Had no interest in any of the gear. Now, I'm 32, I won't have a head start like last time I played, my focus will be more so on raids, nightfalls, weekly, ROC and glimmer grinding. Next time I'll take interest will probably be after house of wolves. I rather see the queens wrath or something else.
