April Fool's Event Idea for Bungie
Okay, I know the year just started, and April is a little ways off still, but I was discussing what I thought would be a humorous idea for an April Fool's Day event on Destiny with my friends.
So picture this: you get a package from the postmaster, which turns out to be a model swap, randomly choosing from one of your other classes' appearance, or generating one if you don't have another. Now imagine running through the Crucible. You see a Titan, and you gun him down. Satisfied with your kill, you turn away to move on, but then... the Titan SELF-RESURRECTS! As it turns out it, he was a Sunsinger Warlock, catching you off guard!
So simply put, it's a disguise. If someone were to inspect you, they would clearly see what you are, but I thought it might be hilarious to see a Hunter throwing a Nova Bomb, or a Warlock using Fist of Havoc. It would add some rather random and fun variety to the Crucible I think, and even in PvE, you still appear as your disguised character. This could last until the day ends, or for maybe 12 hours or so as a consumable with a quantity of 3, like the Jacklytes, but not lasting for only 30 minutes.
So what do y'all think? I personally thought it would be funny, but I understand that some (maybe a lot) would probably think it's a stupid idea, and/or a complete waste, and that it may even be too difficult to pull off, technically speaking. But hey, what do I know?

Give every one a gjallarhorn maxed out in finite ammo that can be used as a legendary primary, with a fixed damage of 1 that will disappear at the end of the day :)

I mean announcing an Xmas gift that they will be getting this week caused all hell to break loose because it was not gifted on Xmas when they specifically said they would not give us one till after the holidays. Imagine the forums flooding with threads of the gift that never came. Ahh best prank ever!
