I guess you wanna nerd everything with explosive rounds? Here's the deal. That flash of fire you see, that's explosive rounds. Firefly doesn't active until you are dead already. So who cares if you explode. If you happen to be close to someone that explodes well, I wouldn't want to admit someone got a double on me with a hand cannon. Just sayin.
