Question about upgrading from 360 to XBOne
I'm going to be getting myself an XBOne for Christmas and I'm going to want to play Destiny on it. I know that if you bought a digital copy of Destiny for 360, you get a free digital copy for XBOne, but sadly I bought a retail copy. I also know that your expansion pass will transfer to your XBOne, so my question to you is, if I buy the expansion pass for 360, will that unlock the entire game for download on my One?

1 ReplyThe expansion pass will upgrade for free. However, if you bought a physical version of the base game, you will have to purchase the next generation version. Your characters will be on Xbox one, either way, as long as you use the same xbox live ID. http://www.destinythegame.com/digital-upgrade

No if u bought retail then u have to purchase game again for one only digital will carry over till 1/15/2015
