This actually would be a very good addition. I think it would get the entire community together. People would have a vested interest in whether or not the invasions were successful and it would have a lasting effect on the worlds we fight in. As a whole the entire community could be brought together more instead of feeling like a bunch of fractured groups of guardians. We would actually feel cohesive as an army.
