I have been having the same problem since Thursday and i am on a PS4. I've be getting BEE and FLY. I have gone step by step on what to do and it is fine when test connection ( connection download speed at 25.6 Mbps and connection upload speed at 2.5 Mbps). Then when i start playing it drops to download speed 15.3 Mbps and upload speed 456.7 Kbps. I am LAN connected and have this problem even went wifi and still the same problem.
