I solved my problem !!!! Well after two days trying to fix my connection opening every port and trying multiple routers, I notice something strange with my connection, my upload rate was fixed at 8.7kbps. I found out that this could be a problem with my MTU setting, first I used 1500, than 1492 and nothing had changed, but when I put 1452, my upload rate raised to 1mb, and now Destiny and many other games are playing perfectly !!!
