My brother just spent $500 to get this as his first game, can't even get past the first CUTSCENE without getting booted

On your router can you change your primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and your secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4 this worked for me. Not sure why, but something to do with my router being stupid
