Windows Phone 8(i mean win10 universal app) Companion App Request Please
Its officially been a year now guys and girls.
Bungie doesnt give a flying -blam!-

Just wanted there to be a thread so Bungie can see there actually are people on here that use a Windows Phone. Its not as uncommon as youd think and im certain its well within Bungies capabilities to produce an app for Windows Phone 8. (Even Rockstar did it albeit late)
Whats even better is with cross compatible apps, any app on Windows Phone can be downloaded and work flawlessly on the windows 8.1 app store so people with surface tablets (or any windows 8 tablets) can use it too.
Help all of us become the guardians you want us to be (not just the major market share).

I would like to add my request for an app for Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.1... don't care if you make it as a universal app that can be developed once or make two separate apps. I would just like for once to not be forgotten about as I write this on my surface pro 3.

I have been tempted to get Windows phone, and it is the lack of apps like this that keeps me from doing so. Would love to see this happen.

Voice, chorus, etc. I have a Xbox, a Windows PC, a Windows tablet... why wouldn't I have a Windows Phone? Same ecosystem and all that. C'mon Bungie, help a brother out.

Have Android but I agree it should be on win phone as well. No sense spreading the game out across multiple platforms and not the app.

Edited by Kris: 9/3/2014 7:53:37 PMBump - as the browser version of the bungie app doesn't work in IE on mobile devices as well as it should (try it, a lot of the menu features just don't work at all), a full companion app for win 8.1 mobile would be a HUGE win. I will give the 3rd party app a try, but have my fingers crossed for an official app. edit: a glance through the reviews at the windows phone app store for this 3rd party app shows just how happy folks were to have a semi-functional Destiny companion app on windows phone. I'm all for supporting our community developers like this person and it looks like a fantastic app, but do hope Bungie considers an official windows app.
