Dude Gets Recon For Suicide By Cone?
Seriously? If you're giving away recon helmet for something that was actually written into the physics of the game why not for my video of my rocket launcher mysteriously exploding in my hands and killing me for no reason? I think that's a tad bit more surprising than a construction cone killing someone.

I'm just tire of only playing loosers in hyabusa armor. By releasing recon to the public, alot of people would wear it INSTEAD of this infernal permentation they are wearing now so that we would have some heterogeneity in matchmaking, instead of this homogeneous quagmire of poor armor choice, such that the primary armor permentations would be Hyabusa AND recon, not just hyabusa. It's getting old. I want to shoot someone who isn't wearing armor that makes him look like a power ranger. [Edited on 11.04.2007 9:54 AM PST]

why be pissed at bungie for not giving an armor type to everyone? its only one kind of armor. sure there are some tards that want to be completionists. but in the end, what is better? complaining on a forum? or sniping the guy that has the armor that you dont have in the face? i choose the latter

Okay, "stop complaining" replies are not going to get anyone anywhere, its just inflammatory, please stop. So if I understand correctly, that either noone understands what im saying about the "wild goose chase" aspect of the recon armour, or that noone cares that we were sent on a wild goose chase. Or if you disagree with "sent", you should at least see that bungie did not deny the armour being "unlockable" as fast as they could have. Does anyone else think that part alone is not cool? yes or no? thank you.

i personally think it should be unlockable. just because most people that want it only want it because its "rare", but i think its -blam!-in. especially the chest perm

I understand that the armor is really sweet lookin, but look guys, Its Bungie! Let them do what they want with it, its there game, that armors the thing that makes them stand out in a game. BTW if there was a way, then everyone would have it, and it wouldnt be rare anymore, It would suck. Keep the armor for contests [Edited on 11.03.2007 10:14 PM PDT]

Recon armor would remedy the "everyone wears hyabusa" issue we have now so that we may have some heterogeneity? If you have not notice 90% of all spartans seem to be sporting at least one piece of that infernal permentation set so why dont you want to change that by addind another amor permentation that is guaranteed to be worn by alot of players? I am sick of the hyabusa and want some new permentation to shoot at. Everyone having recon armor would be a great thing as it would finally bring some variety to matchmaking after the mass unlocking of the hyabusa. Think of it invasive species population control, you may need to add another, novel species to the environment to reduce the numbers of the overpopulated speices such that species diversity can survive.

If you want the armor do what they have said is the requirement. Or would you rather you and eveyone else have it, making it another pointless armor variation to have-completely void of any uniqueness at all?
