So much whining. Play or don’t.
Posting about numbers or the state the games in changes nothing. You’re literally living the proof of it. Why everyone wants to keep saying the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, the sky is blue, is beyond me.
Play or don’t but please for the love of god stop posting the obvious. Numbers are low, bungie hasn’t released a twid with anything meaningful. We get it. Consider yourselves heard by your community peers if nothing else.

In other news, I finished all my catalysts I had to complete and got the last crystal for praxic blade to drop I needed. All that’s left is the taken crystal from the dungeon.
I never care when things slow down. It’s just an opportunity for me to tidy up the vault and complete -blam!- I normally wouldn’t have. Also building up my other chars, finally getting some builds together.
Dad life is different than the basement dwellers but I still love this game when I get a chance to play it. There’s nothing like it out there, hopefully bungie can pull a rabbit out of their hat and claw back their player base next dlc.

Let them complain…I personally think it’s hilarious. This game has been out for years and has been dying a slow death for ages. It is pure entertainment to read these posts especially the disgruntled ones. I hope they never close the game or this forum cause the posts here are definitely more enjoyable than the game is right now 😂🤣

If anything, I actually like seeing people voicing their frustrations. Why? Because I like seeing consumers actually caring enough to speak out when something is wrong with a product/service. If you don't like it, find another forum to peruse. I hear the Destiny subreddits are lousy with psychophants for Bungie. Edit: If anything negative feedback is better than any positive feedback a company gets. It's how you go about understanding the complaint through the frustration and negativity by using critical thinking. Something lost on people in this day and age.

It’s a natural human response when ppl are frustrated and see something they love dying, if they can’t vent their frustrations at a person or company directly they use the tools they have available, Bungie’s “ We’re listening “ bs doesn’t help. Think of it as them going through one of the five stages of grief, they’re in the anger or depression stage.

Posting about numbers changes nothing but silence changes even less. If no one mentioned low numbers: It normalizes decline, signals complacency and tells Bungie the player-base will tolerate radio silence.

We’re allowed to come on here and voice our discontent. Bungie doesn’t have a complaints department and it’s just as well, they’d have their work cut out dealing with most of their community never mind Marathon.

1 ReplyOk, let me try to do better Hopefully you are sitting down with plenty of paper... So i went to see Bungie one day, i was promised a good time so of course i was excited, the three days pretty much turned into just two. Met some of the team, even got some signatures, felt good to be appreciated and was glad i could do the same. The long road home was stressful, i was speeding. Basically because the community people that also showed up, for the most part gave me the bird. This one kid Hawk something didn't even admit it was him, not sure what he was scared of. Anyway, so i'm speeding... and i see this small hawk to my right, up high. i think to myself, cool a bird of prey and as i'm watching it glide along side my car (sort of) of course i'm paying attention to the road too but than... it dives, like it was hunting (at first) but before disappearing from view it slowed down!!! i immediately did the same. a mile later, behind a bush a TRAP! lucky for me my hawk saw it first. What does this have to do with the community? and or Bungie? don't ask me. True story.
