Bugged Triumph not mentioned in Known Issues
The Pale Heart secret triumph called Whispers of the Past located under
Pale Heart > World > Exploration
Is still bugged but I don't see it in the known issues list under Renegades, Edge of Fate, or archived known issues.
If it cannot be fixed can it be deleted so that it doesn't show as an incomplete triumph?

They're aware, but there is no ETA on if/when they'll be fixing it. The known issues page though isn't a complete list, most issues will not make it on there and some things will disappear from that list prior to being fixed; its just a small curated list that they maintain.
