All exotics should be re released at T5 stats and we should all get 20-30 more free rolls.
Also the flex stat on exotics should be able to be swapped.
Regular armor sets should be RNG

I still use old stompees because they had a 70 roll

Clearly not ready... In the interim. I'll do you one more, new stat'd armor obtained post 3.0 should be upgradable to Tier 4 & 5. Once that integration goes live. 😇👍💠
