CONTEST DUNGEON EQUILIBRIUM BOSS STUN BUG
So me and my friends were doing contest equilibrium and were determined to complete day 1. We went to go do damage and we was about to kill the boss than a MAJOR EXTRAORDINARY bug happened. His hands… his hands wouldn’t go down at ALL as shown in the clip leading to us getting killed during dps and losing out on damage that would of been able to kill the boss. We wiped and were mentally completely destroyed. We were on that boss for the entire day and was on the dungeon for 27 hours even with having school/work in the same morning. We just need help we earned the contest emblem and would greatly appreciate it if we could just get the contest emblem please😭 we spent so much time just to get screwed over by a bug😔

If it had been a clear and it didn't count for some reason or if it would've been a bug that multiple groups encountered that caused a soft/hard lock issue, then that would be something they'd look into and decide if it was a bug they needed to fix and retroactively issue the clear/rewards. While they'll likely pass this on, I wouldn't hold your hopes up for them to do anything because it wasn't a clear.
