The impression I always get when I see these posts (of which I've seen several at least) is that the OPs want [i]someone else[/i] to do it so they don't have to because it's likely a crap suit that'll go nowhere.

Likely for several reasons, including: 1. The agreement we digitally signed/agreed to says we won’t file a class action. 2. No lawyer would take it due to #1 above. 3. There’s really not a case for it to begin with.
