Went to xur and turned in xenology after a couple of hours of the usual painful playlist grind. On clicking the quest, a banner showed up saying the quest was complete but no item showed up on the side, in my inventory, or in the postmaster or vault. I've restarted the game, switched different characters, checked everywhere a collectible could show up, and found nothing. After spending so much time on an item which just apparently has a chance of disappearing it's certainly disappointing to say the least, and I know there is no chance I'll be recompensed since this forum seems like speaking into the void - mods, please prove me wrong...
