Cannot Claim Digital Rewards
So I've tried to claim the digital rewards I have available, but every time I click on claim reward it tells me to update my email preferences. My email is already verified, and I've selected every single option for Bungie to send me emails however it still doesn't work. I've also tried changing to a different email, but still no dice. What do?

1 ReplySome guy posted a solution earlier that seems to now work. If you uncheck every email option, save, and then recheck every option then it should work! I tried that a million times when I originally posted it, but now it seems to work

Having this issue too, changing your email doesn't seem to help, or doing it on different browsers.

same. ive even tried un-selecting everything, refreshing the page and then re selecting everything, as well as signing in and out but nothing works

I am having this exact same issue. Getting gaslit by this website. I HAVE VERIFIED THE EMAIL AND HAVE SET THE SETTINGS ACCORDINGLY. Any help, Bungie?
