Seriously considering going through possible case and lawsuit with my lawyer.
It's not even about playing the game anymore, but a shameful cash grab that's gone too far now.
I don't even care if Bungie's QA is that incompetent at their job, it's too late to go looking for reasons why this is happening for a second time. No excuse will ever be good enough.
A quick summary of the issue:
-Destiny 2 The Witch Queen supported OS (both minimum and recommended) includes windows 7
-Black screen on startup and broken UI with flashing lights all over the screen on windows 7
(unplayable)
-Broken 1-3 fps cutscenes that are still not fixed, and was willing to forgive but not anymore.
So Bungie, if you are hoping to sweep this issue under the rug, think again.
The time for conversation has passed, Bungie had 3 weeks to tell us what they have been working on to fix the issue, but have gone completely silent (We are investigating this issue doesn't count,it means nothing).
I know I'm not the only one feeling this way, so people don't let this thread die, and join in.
UPDATE: Had a conversation with my lawyer and she recommended a colleague that is supposedly an expert in the field and "a bit of a gamer" himself. She will arrange a meeting sometime next week when he's back in town.
Anyone willing to help should record the current state of the game, upload the recording and paste the link here.
Now to all the Bungie bots swarming this thread - thank you for keeping it trending.
I was actually using win 10 for a few months in 2017 and 2019, hated it both times and got back to win 7, tho the reason should not even matter, see above ( allegedly supported OS )
It's not even about the money ( money is thankfully not an issue, I'm good ), but defending basic customer rights in an era of horrible things that companies get away with in gaming industry. That must stop.

Is this some kind of meme?
