UPDATE: Constant plum errors happening yet again

Constant plum errors happening again, about 8 minutes after logging in. Almost on a timed interval, every time I launch the game. I've since upgraded to gigabit internet and bought new hardware so I know my connection to Battleye servers is NOT the problem. If someone from Bungie could at least confirm this as a known issue I'd feel better about it. Thanks.
