We change our banner every season to reflect on the content, but the founder can't access the settings area to work on the banner.
The code he gets is 500: Internal Server Error
[Edit 8/27/21] It seems to be working now.

Edited by S_Tokin: 8/26/2021 11:17:40 PMI have the same issue, but i have 6 clans, and 2/6 are working, the other 4 have "500 internal error." I imagine it has something to do with API endpoint changes. Due to so many services running on Bungie's API, I don't see this being an issue for a long time. In the meantime, whatever you can do on the app or in-game, do it there. If it's not possible without the site, you're just gonna have to wait. Trust, it's a pain for me as well, I have spreadsheets tied to those pages for live updates.

Same here as well. It only seems to be happening on some clan pages. I did a search on a clan that I am changing to and it popped up fine. Try to leave my current clan? Error 500 Internal Server Error.

I am it doesnt work on PC or through the companion app on my Android phone.

1 ReplyHave you tried checking clans from the Destiny 2 Companion app?

500 internal server error when trying to do anything with the clan. Can’t add or remove members, can’t go to settings. I’ve posted twice already with no reply/response.

Yeah. Had to use the in-game banner to change our banner; wherever I go on Bnet it's 500 error. Can't look at our Clan Settings, can't click on others' clan pages. Why isn't this a trending issue?

Happens to me as well. I just want to get that Clan activity going but the bungie site won't let me..

I can't even look up clan, just gives 500 error, Bungie better get onto this

We're also experiencing that new members can't even request to join, nor accept direct invites.
