Dear community,
At Bungie, we make mistakes. Today, we apologize for taking so long to address your Enhancement Core concerns. We apologize for the unnecessary change to Lunas Howl and Not Forgotten.
Today, there will be a patch. You will receive the patch when you return to Orbit, if you are actively engaged in an activity.
The patch will add 200 cores to everyone's inventory. Well, it will set everyone's inventory to 200. We apologize for the glitch and if you have legit earned more than 200, we have a quick form for you. Yes, it is more work, but we will be sure to return legit earned cores.
Also, cores will no longer be required for infusion. They will be required for masterworking.
We are abandoning the changes to Lunas Howl and Not Forgotten. We vow to not change a pinnacle weapon without consulting the community.
We have created a system to gather feedback in-game from the community. If we think, or you suggest, a change is warrented and the change will impact gameplay we will ask players for their input. A question will appear on the login screen. For consoles: an X will indicate YES and a Y will indicate NO, you will need to hold the button for 5 seconds. For PC, you will click the appropriate response.
We appreciate you, because without each of you we cannot feed or house our families!

1 ReplyThat would be as bad as what we got.

1 ReplyI think this is the best area to bring up the ninjas locking of posts. Every time we talk about them locking posts they lock that post. This post needs to be locked, so stop drop and lock it.

1 ReplyI'm not a fan of cores but this is ridiculous. I think a lot of us would have been happy with an earlier fix for the bounty issue and them letting us do two this week to get caught up. Oh and some info about the next season beyond its name and location.
