Why keep making weapons and abilities that are seemingly not play tested before being introduced to the game? I've just gotten through grinding for my Luna's howl and don't think it should be nerfed. Yeah it pissed me off getting killed by it but it just made me more determined to get it and my gaming had to improve to attain that goal. Here's a suggestion for you to consider, change the way you rank up in competitive so that you don't lose so much points for a loss. A lot of people grinding are soloing it and if your fire team is crap, you shouldn't have to bear so many points because of ransoms. Make it easier to get so that everyone can have it. I'm rubbish at comp and found it hard, but I'm still better than a lot of people out there who won't want to play that game mode because of all the issues with the matchmaking, the cheating, the latency and other such things. Stop giving us great weapons and then taking them away because babies cry.

2 RepliesOk here's what you should have said to sum it up. Don't nerf the gun. Nerf the quest. If it's great everyone should have it. The problem is not everyone can get it. There is a black market selling carries for hundreds of dollars created by this broken system. If the game balance was kept this wouldn't be an issue. If it was no better than any other gun. Sweats would have ground it out for collecting purposes. But game balance would have been maintained.

Remember when bungie said a while ago that they were going to start buffing the weaker stuff instead of nerfing the good stuff? Way to keep your promises bungie. You have literally done nothing but nerf stuff. Also I love how glitches in the game that don't really affect the game like the enhancement core glitch are fixed in a few days. But when it's an actual problem in the game like a weapon being too good or too bad they take literal months to fix it. Really shows where bungies priorities are.

Bring back trials of the nine weapons and add some unique perks don't nerf current good weapons it took me forever to aquire Luna and now it'll seem like a waste. Couldn't imagine how I would feel if I had finished my grind for not forgotten.

Stop giving us great weapons and then taking them away because babies cry.
Never seen more crying babies since the nerf was announced. The demon Bungie management worships feeds on the salty tears of disappointed guardians. This can only make The dark one stronger and bring closer the end times.

nerf this... nerf that... I‘m out of here!

1 ReplyI propose Bungie removes all guns from the game. The only attack is "Tickle Fight" and everybody does the same tickle damage. 1 tick per choochie-coo. Let's see them nerf that! Lulz
-
They need to nerf Crucible cancer out of the franchise.
-
9 RepliesBefore d2 bungie claimed they were done with nerfs and that buffs would be their way forward. More lies I guess. Learnt me no to believe any bungie nonsense in the run up to d3! ;)
-
I quote Bungie "we want our guardians to feel powerful". If so, then why are you constantly nerfing things that make us feel powerful?
-
No they need to triple burf the nerfs You Know the last month of d1, bungie should have removed all weapon adjustments, nerfs and buffs etc Just let everyone enjoy the mayhem of how each weapon, class ability etc was meant to be....
there was a edge transit in d1, true story
You make some valid points and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game, but Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold

Nerfs are the only thing keeping PvP viable.
-
5 RepliesAll they had to do is make them not be able to use in quick play..where the casuals and kids play..problem solved. Now the weapons won't be fun in pve..f u bungie f u
-
They do this and will do because it works. Another overpowered weapon will be released and you will grind it.
-
3 RepliesBungie is going to choose the path of least resistance. Nerfs are probably easier to do than fixing bigger groups of other weapons. Which, of course, leads to the same problems that existed in Destiny 1. In their mind, doing the same thing over and over will yield different results.

It called taking it to the man , that is us that pay for the game .
-
they got pamper are money some way , stealing are money on other stuff not going work ,
-
Nerff Bungo, send some brains on their way

Edited by NachoDay0388: 4/30/2019 3:32:33 PMBungie has done nothing but have a constant circle of releasing weapons and nerfing weapons. As an example...they nerf shotguns so smgs become stronger...lets nerf smgs then side arms become stronger. They are just taking money (we pay willingly of course) from us and not even trying.

5 RepliesRemember when Bungie said that instead of hammering a nail down they would raise up the others? Yeah....how’d that work out?
-
1 ReplyBump remove pvp
-
2 RepliesSame thing happened in D1. Can’t believe Bungie keep nerfing guns instead of bringing other weapons in line with the current meta. No weapon is safe!!!
-
3 RepliesIt's for PvP that they nerf everything
-
6 Replies150 is not a big deal it will be easier to land the crits, but a well rounded service revolver might be trouble.

5 RepliesSo what you are saying is you enjoy using the same weapons as everyone else and have no desire to use anything else? I seriously wonder whats wrong with a lot of you, I have lunas howl, its broken. The weapon is getting nerfed so destiny has more weapon variety while still keeping the guns strong and worthwhile so whats the issue here? How can most of you lie and claim what bungie is doing is the wrong move? Idk about you guys but I want to actually use bows, auto rifles, scout rifles, submachine guns, etc. this honestly shows just how dependent you guys are of the lunas howl. These weapons have a ttk of .67, there is no other primary other than ace of spades and last word able that kill that fast. The nerf brings lunas ttk to about .87 I think which is where most primary weapons in destiny are. Best part about it is you will no longer need a 3rd headshot which was pretty easy to do with lunas to get a kill, its now 2 headshots and a body.
