Same issue. Had auto-rifle frame and sniper frame, completed volundr forge and sniper frame disappeared. Bnet: Dwahvel#1753

I didn’t have any other quest and it removed my quest after I listened to Aida. Sub machine gun dropped at 595. No AR after finishing Forge.

Same issues had both the Auto Rifle and Sniper quests active. Decided to make the Auto Rifle first and my Sniper quest dissapeared. GT MegaMan1385 on Xbox one. Please help Bungie.

Happened to me too. Had both the machine gun and sniper quests active. Completed machine gun at Volunder forge and got it. Went to Gofannon forge for the sniper without even thinking the quest would disappear. Got sweaty in the forge but finally won. The forge drops blues but no sniper. I checked my quest tab and it was completed (gone at least). I can’t pick up the quest again even if I felt like grinding that all over which I kinda don’t. Sorry but that was frustrating to say the least considering I’m also in the New England/Comcast area and ALSO being kicked to orbit every time I try to access any of the Black Armory areas. I can join a server in any regular area. Even the central tower area but if I try to spawn in near the forges or ada’s hanger in the tower, booted to orbit with connection related error codes. Very frustrating.

The same thing happened to me, I didn't realize until i completed the Gofannon and the sniper didn't drop and the frame isn't in my inventory.

I’ve also completed the 2nd forge and not received the weapon nor a quest prompt.

I had same issue last night ... i had the autorifle and sniper rifle both active and at complete the forge step . Completed the auto rifle and poof ... went to go to nessus to complete the forge for my sniper and my quest was gone. Now i have no quest for sniper or sniper itself. My gt is redbullnvodkkaa on xb1 . Feel free to review my gameplay for verification

Same here. Had the Sniper frame while completing the AR, now the SR is gone. From what I see this is a game-breaking bug, since I can no longer pick up the SR quest, therefore also unable to do the rest of Gofannon weaponry

Hi there. I would like to know if I'd be getting it back as well. It just disappeared when i went back to talk to ada. I guess it shouldn't be to hard to just create a extra tab within the inventory menu that stores all lost quests? Wish you all a nice day. Massa.
