Max light vs set of raid armor
Good evening guardians.
Quick question. This is for the leviathan raid. Which I have done once but am only missing the boots. My main is about 560ish light with his normal set.
I know the raid is set for somewhere around the 300s, and I believe there is some sort of cap? Would it better for a group to run with the highest light possible or run with armor from the raid for the extra bonuses.

Run with the gauntlets and the class item because they have the best bonuses, I never found a real use for the other 3.

Raid armour always wins as the perks are specifically made to be beneficial....in the raids case the raid mark. As for light level..it’s capped at the max level of the activity and being over level does nothing for your attack damage or resistance of damage done to you.

Light advantage cap is only by 20 soo best just refresh them from collections at least.
