What is cheat engine?
Edit: Oh well I don't have it installed, so how did this happen?

A program that allows you to cheat and change code on multiple games.

Yeah I searched it up. But still don't have it. Also my brother said this was blizzard's doing, I honestly don't believe him due to me able to launch the game

It's not cheat engine specifically. Like I stated before, any 3rd party software that injects code will get detected.

Oh alright well my brother also said that he was banned from discord. So that means that bungie or blizzard tagged it as 3rd party software?

Discord is never the cause of bans, so no.
