Do forsaken exotics exist?
I mean clearly I know they do, just 1 exotic this whole month thats forsaken.... That's all I've gotten. I play at least 20 hrs a week plus this is ridiculous

5 RepliesThere is a simple problem with non-quest Forsaken Exotics: they are a small part of a large pre-Forsaken Exotic loot pool. The solution is simple... Make the now extremely rare Exotic Engrams drop only Forsaken gear and leave the pre-Forsaken Exotics to Xur.

Missing 1 forsaken exotic weapon (besides the quest/raid ones) and I’ve only gotten 1 forsaken exotic armor piece. Rip

1 ReplyAside from the quest exotics, I've gotten Two-Tailed Fox. Kinda counting Malfeasance as a regular drop as opposed to a quest one... that boss does [i]not [/i]want to drop lol.

Yes they do I have 3 so far. You can see them in the collections menu. iirc some of them are hidden I think, but those would be Forsaken ones as I have all of the ones from Year 1, as do most gamers that played Year 1.

Three old dropped. Zero new ones. They exist in Bungie teasers so they must be true.....I wm still looking for then.

Gotten three exotics that were added from the doc. Trinity Ghoul, Black Talon, And Lord of Wolves.

yeah I got 0 and maybe 4 older exotics. If you don't count Ace of Spades that I earned.

You're not missing much. I still use the older ones besides Ace from time to time but everyone can get that.

I got Two Tailed Fox today opening the chest at the end of a strike. One guardian throughout was clearly not participating, two of us battled on - I wonder if there is a weighting towards dropping exotics in this type of scenario.

Hahahaha no. But seriously, they do, but not in anything like Y1 numbers. I've had 3 such drops - One-eyed Mask, Sixth Coyote, and Ace of Spades. A duplicate Ace of Spades, of course (that's [i]pure genius[/i] there, putting quest items in the drop rotation).

They do exist , just very low drops . I've gotten two new forsaken exotics , not counting the quest ones.

I am actually excited when I get new exotics again and I feel like I’m missing out on things which makes me want to keep playing. That feeling of really wanting a weapon and never being able to get it and then the rush of excitement I felt after getting it 3 months later was the #1 factor that made me addicted to destiny 1 and it’s why I hated destiny 2 vanilla The one thing I would change would be to make Xur able to sell the new exotics so that it gives him relevance and renews that exciting feeling of checking up on him each Friday. I’d also make his inventory MUCH more expensive than it has been so that we have to really contemplate if we want to get that weapon or save for what he might have next week

Y2 exotics are forsaken, yes. I got an exotic Y1 sparrow yesterday. I thought I would report it here.
