Weird puddle reflection

So... What's this? My clan and I were snooping around the Dreaming City and found this creepy puddle in the Chamber of Starlight Lost Sector.
First, the ominous pit... Looks like their could be statues on the sides? There's a door thing with a big Taken looking orb above it as well. Totally creeped us out, so neat! Hope this is actually something... I'd be bummed if it was just a reused asset or something else not secret-y.
Please post theories, guesses, or exclamations of amazement in the comments!

14 Replies[i]whats up guys, Houndish here and today, we are gonna jump in with some Destiny 2 Forsaken stuff....because this channel isnt about anything other than Destiny 2 Forsaken.........sooo... We are gonna talk about Puddles, as well as jump in to all this other data mined crap that could or could not be in the game and jump into 3 reddit posts made by some one else that really speculate into what could or could not be in the game....jumping into some pretty interesting stuff....but for now lets jump straight into it..... So user xxblahblahxx found a puddle here by the Chamber of Starlight and its RED! Pretty interesting stuff. So we tried jumping into it, splashing in it, and dancing it it...as well as shooting in it and pretty much anything we could do to get this puddle to do anything. Nothing happened. But it COULD lead to another gateway or something....probably nothing....but I thought Id take 5.54 minutes to jump in and explain why its probably nothing but could be something! Pretty interesting stuff! Jumping in to this tweet from Bungie and it sāys Puddle of Nope.. And so that could mean something, but it probabaly means nothing. Some have speculated that it means everything and that Savathun will emerge from this puddle and kill us all very very soo....pretty interesting stuff! So thats it guys. We jumped in. A lot. Even more jumping in than my previous video where we jumped in to something else. That is going to summarize this video. 2 RepliesIt is the Iron Temple. You are looking at its reflection as if you were there. The black square is the "chimney" for the central fire. The statues are the Iron Lords who died in the SIVA War.

1 ReplySpeaking of weird reflections, look at the scopes on sniper rifles or whatever else. It will show the area you're at in it's base form before all the polish. What's weird is that the Whisper of the Worm has it's own image.

Looks like someone loaded up wrong HDRI I mean, it’s smart to not use dynamic reflection to keep FPS high, I guess
