The Ether Doctor is obtained by doing activities and earning rank-up packages on the Tangled Shore. Since the launch of Forsaken i've been doing public events, patrols, killing yellow bar enemies, doing all of Spiders bounties repeatively for almost two weeks even started my second character and for some reason this weapon won't drop for me. I also turned in over 2000 (probably 3000 as of now) gunsmith materials to Banshee on launch date of Forsaken and no luck, don't know if he can give you the weapon, but i've tried everything, i think there might be something wrong with the drop rates for this weapon, any clarification on how to get the weapon or how it dropped for you is appreciated. Note: I already know about Ana Bray dropping it before Forsaken for the Flashpoint, so please don't comment on that.
