Nope, is not. Shadows, moving rocks, movings some missions go another part, etc. That is a lot of data, it’s not only story and more activities.

When I saw 35 GB I said to myself OK this is going to take 6 to 8 hours lol Came back an hr later expecting 15 to 20% BOOM !!!!!!! all done I was like WTF no way and on WiFi no less
