Doomguy and Master Chief: friend or foe?
So what do you think?
Would Master Chief and Doomguy be "buddies"? Or would somebody end up with a chainsaw in thier nearly bisected body?
[spoiler]I think they could, if under the right circumstances. Cause in all my vast knowledge of game lore, Doomguy only hates and kills pretty much anything associated with Hell.
And Master Chief is really just a soldier for hire (somewhat).[/spoiler]

They both have a knack for disobeying orders they consider wrong. (I think... can't remember to much on MC) Also, while MC had Cortana, Doom slayer will soon have VEGA.

I see no reason why they would be enemies other than the Covies calling Chief "Demon"

1 ReplyOk, picture it: A hoard of demons and the flood are approaching a base, then out of nowhere the chief and doom guy vault over some cover opening fire on the attackers, working together and beating back the hoard. Then standing over the broken remains of a cyber demon they fistbump as an explosion goes off in the background

Anyway, it doesn't matter because they're essentially both the same badass space marine derivation from every late 80s–mid 90s sci fi/ action film with a large portion of Clint Eastwood mixed in. It's a shame that Duke didn't manage to last this long as well.
