Can we please get our swords a shader slot?
There’s literally no reason for them not to have one.

I agree, like i want to shader my sword to be gold, but for some reason it is the only weapon type that you cant shader.

2 RepliesSwords need ornaments. Specifically the class exclusive swords. I want an anime inspired Quickfang katana and my Crown-Splitter to morph into a Battle-Axe. Eternity's Edge would naturally look like a light saber to boot.

If there’s a technical reason, then feel free to clarify. It’s definitely glaring since we have an exotic sword with an ornament now. PS: Since we’re talking about esthetics, can you please stop adding elements into gear that can’t be shaded.

Get your terminology right. Of course there's a "reason". The term you are looking for is "excuse". The reason is blind laziness.
