I can't get the preorder exotic, Coldheart. And I didn't receive a code. Can bungie resend it to me?
I got the preorder for Destiny 2, and was hyped for getting the coldheart. My sister got the game for me at Christmas, but without proof of preorder, so I didn't get the code. But I did get all other preorder bonuses like the sword. Can Bungie send me the code through email? I'm sure many of you are having a similar issue.

The sword wasn’t a preorder bonus. It was part of the premium bundles. Bungie doesn’t issue codes, but the coldheart is available in the loot pool now. You can get it from exotic engrams.
