Just bought expansions for D1 a month ago, and stuff is disappearing quick!
I understand 2 came out, but perhaps they shouldn't have continued to sell 1 if they were planning on removing content. The people who just purchased, and are still purchasing 1, and the expansions for 1, shouldn't get screwed because 2 just came out. Now today, I log on to my profile on here, and all of my game related stuff is gone from the website too. :-( Not cool.
Oh... and why am I getting a ton of ToS passage coins now, and it isn't even possible to use them anymore? If you are going to take away the game mode, then take away the passage coins too.

I agree. Alot of people here will say things like "thats the way it is" or "destiny 2 is coming, why bother with destiny 1?". That may be true but that doesn't make it right. The fact that we, as the Destiny community, have come to accept this is just plain sad. But there really isn't anything that can be done about it. Bungie and Activision have made their decision. Like they always say: Buyer Beware.

6 RepliesYou can use the Tos coins to trade for motes of light with brother Vance. And they haven't taken anything out of the game, only trials is gone if that's what you mean.

It sucks but that's how it is with destiny. They can remove things because we've only bought a licence to play the latest version of destiny. Basically we are completely at their mercy.
