Unless the Crota Challenge is you can only bear the sword once per damage phase then another Guardian has to bear the sword for the next damage phase and so on until he's dead. Meaning everyone is going to need to be a swordbearer.

Makes sense. It would be easy to do with any class of Guardian that way. As long the swordbearer doesn't get greedy and go for that fourth slam.
