Pritty much burned myself out on Destiny... Only go back now to run I.B. and the odd NF. Love the game and will defo be back so roll on Destiny 2😎

1 ReplyI've given you s#it in the past lethal, but this is the second time in recent weeks I'm siding with you. For me, and this is just my experience, it's the overrunning of shotguns in pvp. I like games with pvp, I liked the crucible, it has potential, but I just can't live with the incessant matador stupidities, and for me, the breaking point was tonight. Eff it, I'm out.

There are arguments to be made for and against this. On one hand, I don't think I've played a game I've been this obsessed with for a while (I'd probably have to go back to RE4 for example). Yes, I have barely any raid completions and my k/d sucks ass but I'd still rather play this than modern warfare remastered which I regrettably bought and if I could wish death on a game, it'd be that one. I've got battlefield one as well and, while the graphics are awesome, it just doesn't have the same pull that destiny had. On the other, it has gotten tired and boring unless you have a friend to play with who hasn't played it as much that you can teach the game to. If no one's on playing then there's just not that much fun to be had anymore. As others have pointed out, there's not much to do. All I have left on my main are raid quests and I'd rather play with friends then randoms online, especially since people complain so much about their lfg experiences. Unfortunately, my friends have all moved on, mostly. That said, I still play and my old fire team has been coming back once a week for nightfalls for a chance at ice breaker. Of course the one guy in my group who has been bashing this game for months and barely plays anymore (left for modern warfare remastered) is the only one who's gotten ice breaker so far even though we all had it in year one. [spoiler]RNG strikes again and favors the saltiest f**ker of us all...😢[/spoiler]

1 ReplyUsed to log on to 30 to 40 friends playing Destiny, now I'm lucky if there is 1. Boredom pushed me over to Overwatch having a tonn of fun. (Yr 1 player). Nothing else to do.

Too many other games I want to play for one I just needed the memory space, Another thing was looking at twelve more months of no major content for a game that's at the end of its life span, So yeah have not played in three months and I'm not planning on returning, Destiny was fun but after two years of the same thing game play wise and little to no movement in the games story plus the rumors of our progress being reset in D2 I just don't have a reason to care anymore.

18 RepliesOk. It's been what, almost three years now? I've taken my clan with me to numerous games this gen and no game has the draw that Destiny does. I just got finished playing the wildlands beta (save your money, the games bad) and can honestly say that there is still no co op game out there that compares to Destinys PVE (yeah PVE) All these other games try and fail horribly. The division? Bad. Battlebourne? Really bad. ESO, fun till your third play through. Payday2? Fun but it gets old grinding hoxton break out non stop. Destiny for all it's issues is still one of the best co op games made of this gen or last gen. Yes after 3 years of game play it gets rather repetitive, but honestly theres nothing else even close to it.

Randomly decided to get on the forums to see what is up then saw this post. I haven't played in a very long time. I just got bored after over 1,800 hours on the game. (Xbox gamer tag is domdimmadome if you don't believe me.) I've just been patiently waiting for Destiny 2. Not enough new and original content to keep me interested.
