Same issue here. Bungie needs to fix this already. It's annoying, they keep adding things for gaming experience but yet do not follow through.

3 RepliesThis error is received when your stream isn't live. In a future update, it will be changed to display an offline state. Please note that there may be a delay between when you start streaming and when the stream appears (up to a few minutes).
