straight up hacker
So my team and I go up against a team and this person in the team had infinite golden gun right from the start.. then AFTER heavy he had fired 4 rockets and continued to use infinite golden gun.. bungie if you want to lay a ban hammer then you need to go after this player... we finished the match 5 to 3 us being 3... this was EXTREMELY aggravating he has a 3.4 k/d and he has it all from rockets and golden gun... this is absolutely uncalled for

As far as I know other than lag switches the current gen consoles don't suffer from modding. Yet another reason to leave the old gen garbage behind.

If you look at his trials history he's dropping 2.0+ in basically every game with a hawkmoon and blue shotgun. All of that information doesn't exactly add up to an honest player. Also, the player went 15-5. He generated 12 orbs. With a goldy that means he had 12 golden gun kills. So he had golden gun 4 times in a match that didn't even go 4-4 and never missed a single shot with it either. If he did miss shots he had it at least 5 times.

If your on Xbox 360 then he had a Jailbroken Xbox 360 & was using RTM's. Probably had a anti-ban enabled. Last gen has so many modders, better move to next gen.

Man is Crucible really getting this full of scum. I only played a couple games on Sunday and was lucky enough to not have a cheater. Other than that I have not really played much Destiny in a while.

Don't just report them to Bungie. Report them to MS/ Sony. They probably hacked the console, which would be a permanent ban from them.

4 RepliesProbably ward of dawn cheese, it's an amazing strategy where you get 4 ward of dawns and two offensive supers and every four wards can make enough orbs for a super, keep using that strat for infinite supers

1 ReplyDamn. That sounds pretty conclusive. I've been outta the "scene" since i got my ps4 back in......idk, a month after it released. Was that 2013? Anyway, back then you could easily mod older ps3s and any 360 to play "back up" games from a usb/internal HDD. THEN, some clever guys on scene sites would post up what folders you get into for infinite health, ammo, etc. Just open in HexEditor and follow instructions or mess with stuff for fun. NOTE: OFFLINE ONLY. I was never an online player and knew that if you took a CFW or RGH console online you get a swift ban. Here's my thing: I have checked every now and then and neither the xb1 nor the ps4 have been "opened up". So aside from lag switching i had no idea you could cheat w/out a modded console and FTP'ing into the actual raw game files to manipulate. Don't post how to do it or anything but is this really happening on current gen? Thanks in advance and sorry that trials thing didn't go so well. I suppose no one can really overcome THAT kind of shit. Man......... It's a game! Why cheat online? Never should do that. If it's a single player game and there are mods then hell, have at it, but no good when other people are paying the price. See ya bud

Was playing mayhem clash today and this was happening with every player in the match, even me! I didn't use my super though in case I was reported.

3 Repliesbullshit!!! I happend to me too, I was hunter and during a match I had more than 8-9 supers. WHY? This is simple. A lot of my random team members were defender titans so I took a lot of orbs + a lot of killing. I also received a lot of hate msgs :)
