WHY DAD;(
So i was in my room all alone playing The Taken King. I wasn't supposed to play until thanks giving though but I still did because Destiny to me is well........ I can't explain it. So I got The Taken King during my birthday the week before all the crap happened. So getting back on the point I just got TTK and my dad walked in and saw me playing. Okay now let me tell you what happened. He was looking straight at me, then he went towards my Xbox One, Grabbed Destiny, Then SNAPPED IT IN HALF!!!(sniff,sniff*) he then told me that I will get to play until college. This happened before when I was playing COD BO2 on PS3 back then and my dad just put my console in the attic and he told me I could play until Christmas. But now he told me he would sell all my console.
I'll miss my zhalo, I'll miss VOG. I'll miss.....Destiny.
If you're thinking this is fake well, it's not.
Edit: I didn't mean to put this on the help section sorry about that. I was just here to tell my tragic lost.

You dad did this because he cares. If he didn't care you would be playing Destiny right now. It sucks, but in the end he cares. My grand mother was a hard a$$ too, but in the end I knew she cared.

Be grateful he didn't break your Xbox, kid, but if he did, I'm sure you'll be here to cry about it. And tragic loss? OP confirmed child because he thinks being unable to play Destiny is a tragic loss.

1 ReplyHonestly if your dad is prone to this kinda thing I suggest you listen to him next time he says no, or see if you can do choirs some something in exchange for an hours gaming... Why where you banned in the first place, or was it just because it's thanksgiving? Thankfully you can pick the disk up for pretty cheap but you really need to sit down and have a talk with your dad, find out why he's against you playing games and try and understand it from his point of view, maybe he doesn't understand why you like it so much? Ask him if there was anything he liked as a kid and if he was told he couldn't do it.... If he's set in his ways you're -blam!-ed but he maybe trying to give you a better future and is worried you're gonna let your life pass you by and be playing games instead of getting a good job and having a secure future?
