What will really kill Destiny?

Only Destiny itself can kill Destiny. If the loot systems stay the same and micro-transactions keep pouring in without any positive back-up like more consistent content updates or actual good sustainable content, this game will wither away.

The end of the 10 year expectancy. Lets admit it people, this game, for all its flaws, is a fun game for most and for the rest its an addiction that can't be cured. Except maybe by their consoles literally blowing their fingers off in a freak explosion. Then again opinions are like a$$holes, everybody's got one, and all of them stink when you use them. Who knows when destiny will die. I like playing it, for now at least. I do have to admit that battlefront looks awesome as hell, it may pull me away till spring time. Then I'm all about my most loyal woman in the world, Harley.

Out of them I have Halo 5 and will get Rise of the Tomb Raider. I'll rent black ops 3. I've had Halo 5 since launch and played the first couple of levels. I enjoyed it and will get back to it but none of the guns grabbed me as being great or as good as I remembered them.

Destiny will kill itself with bonehead decisions that bring nothing to the table but increasing the grind. They should just lay out the year 2 plans for everyone to know and set the expectations realistic ones though.

I really believe this game will continue to evolve. I was going to say every game eventually fades, but I played Mario with my kids last night ... so who knows.

Where's the "Bungie will kill Destiny " option?

Halo 5 can't kill destiny since it's only on one system. At best, it can knock out 50%, if even. Most of my list is now on BO3 and a handful on Fallout.

Honestly, if bungie were to honor a majority of the requests people post about in these forums, THAT would kill destiny. You want higher armor? [b]PLAY THE GAME MORE![/b] what's the fun in doing mission after mission where you know you'll get EXACTLY what you want after? You think a gun is underpowered? [b]USE A DIFFERENT GUN![/b] you think some guns are overpowered or the perks are too good? [b]LEARN TO DODGE AND NOT GET HIT![/b] You want an to get rid of the random loot drop/ number system? [b]PEOPLE IN HELL WANT ICE WATER![/b] what are you gunna do when in your crucible matches the EXACT same 3 people who happen to be really good at the game keep winning the coolest stuff?
