To all of you snipers in pvp...
I bet you hate halo bc you want your auto aim + aim assist. Lol. Scrubs.
Only those that do well in halo sniping deserve destiny sniping recognition. All you others are just scrubs who need the auto aim and aim assist.

Honestly it feels like the aim assist in halo 5 is like 2x stronger than that of destiny..... So in my opinion halo sniping is much easier

33 RepliesI use a sniper with -3 native AA. I actually agree that AA should be severely reduced. I was using Her Benevolence for so long, and it made me so lazy and ruined my skill. It feels like those high AA rifles are a guaranteed headshot as long as your target is anywhere on your screen. 1K Stare? Ha-ha, who needs a primary with that thing?

3 RepliesFunny thing is EVERY CONSOLE fps has a AA stat for weapons. Only reason people complain about Destiny is cuz people were able to data mine all the stats on weapons making Aim Assistance known xD

I loved halo sniping. I remember only playing team snipers just about everyday in reach. Halo 4 sucked horribly. Thanks for Halo Reach Bungie

Let me tell you what aim assist does on sniper rifles: It slows the reticle moving over the target, functioning only to make drag scopes easier. If you get hard-scoped across the ma, (which is what most snipes are, especially in trials), the player just out played you.
