If it was a 1v1 with just fists, Spartan. With weapons and gear, Spartan. If the guardian had a full super, Spartan would win. So the conclusion here is that Spartans will win no matter what.

6 RepliesWell going based in that Spartans are genetically modified super soldiers. Their reflex are so fast they the can think it, have the thought in their mind, and the action is complete. They are the most efficient killers I can think of. Guardians are cool and all but I don't think in a one on one a guardian can over power a spartan. No doubtedly someone will argue that guardians are immortal, well yes until the ghost appears to Rez. I would imagine it could be easily destroyed when it's exposed so I can't see that as an issue either.

This largely depends on which class of Spartan (2, 3, or 4) I would say a 2 would beat wholesale a$$ but the other two I'll bet guardian.

The participants of such sport are immortal soldiers with physical strength beyond comprehension that practice witchcraft on a daily basis.

Depends on which generation of spartan and which guardian.

Ultimately it comes down to which Spartan is going up against a guardian. Spartan 2? I'm sure they'd win. Spartan 3? More than likely not. Spartan 4? Eh...maybe. There's multiple Spartan generations to choose from, so the guardian's victory essentially decides on that choice alone.

16 RepliesThe only real logical answer is that the Spartan would "win" in a darkness zone without respawns. But due to respawning being a lore thing in Destiny anywhere else the Guardian would just come back with his Ghost and eventually wear down the Spartan.
