Who Would Win A Spartan or A Guardian?

I think the problem is the extended lore for Halo expands on the Spartan powers in ways not represented by gameplay. Guardians lack that. However if we go with what lore we have and reasonable conclusions made based on that lore the deciding factor in Guardian's favor are the Exos. For all their genetic engineering and Mjolnir armor Spartans are still biological organisms with all the failings and frailties that come with it. The best conclusion we have about the Exos is that they were designed to fight the Vex, machines so advanced that they can run multiple concurrent simulations of reality in real time even when isolated to a single platform. This, if true, indicates the Exos have massive processing power available to them, at least enough to offset the advantage the Vex have with their simulations. In theory, and in the absence of extended lore, the Exos should be able to out maneuver a Spartan based simply on computational power and probability analysis. Couple that with the fact that based simply on their mechanical nature they are the only race capable of physically matching a Spartan and you have a real problem for the Spartan in that exchange. The Mjolnir supplemental AI might mitigate some of the Exo advantage but, it isn't as complex as an Exo since even the Ghosts, capable of analyzing and interfacing with ANY technology can't fully understand the workings of the Exo.

5 RepliesI like MC but gotta face facts a guardian literally carries up to 30 weapons using three at a time while MC only uses 3 at most but can only carry 2 the super human abilities are granted to both MC and guardian and unless it's a darkness zone or MC somehow harnessed the darkness after losing cortana he cant put a guardian down for good MC has only stands a chance against a warlock (sorry lock bros) since they aren't front line fighters like titans (who I think are on par with chief on everything+super) and they aren't stealth/snipers like hunters (they can sniper but can't turn invisible and or use gg) MC adapts so he'd be able to know that the floating electric person is someone you stay away from. Radiance only helps through self revive since the armour buff only makes you harder to kill which chief deals with regularly. And void ball isn't spam able enough with a long wind up.

seriously depends on who the writer of the story is. a spartan was in one of the dead or alive games. was just another character. wearing mjolnir, but didn't take damage better, or dish it out better, than a girl in a bikini.

5 RepliesHmm my freak of a guardian (seriously character creation sucks) vs super soldiers who can survive falling from orbit, and move faster than my guardian ever could. Seems to me my guardians are dead even with strong equipment.
