Alright I am not a Youtuber so I will do my TTK Scout Rifle comparisons on the Bungie forums and give you my best opinion on which I believe are PvE Monsters and PvP Killers. Strictly OPINIONATED!!!!!!!!!! Fast RoF-Low Impact SUROS DIS-47 RoF 52 I 35 R 54 S 50 RL 55 (14-24 rpm) NL Shadow 701X RoF 52 I 37 R 55 S 40 RL 65 (17-25 rpm) Medium RoF-Mid Impact SUROS DIS-43 RoF 37 I 48 R 77 S 48 RL 45 (13-23 rpm) Hung Jury RoF 37 I 48 R 72 S 63 RL 75 (13-21 rpm) Tread Upon Stars RoF 37 I 48 R 66 S 38 RL 66 (12-20 rpm) Tuonela SR4 RoF 37 I 48 R 62 S 69 RL 62 (9-17 rpm) Boolean Gemini RoF 37 I 48 R 61 S 53 RL 68 (19 rpm) Tlaloc (Warlock exclusive exotic) RoF 37 I 48 R 59 S 40 RL 52 (20 rpm) Slow RoF-High Impact Last Extremity RoF 27 I 61 R 74 S 36 RL 59 (8-16 rpm) Cocytus SR4 RoF 27 I 61 R 74 S 44 RL 59 (9-17) Jade Rabbit (PS4 exclusive exotic) RoF 27 I 61 R 94 S 24 RL 65 (7-11 rpm) Index RoF- Rate of Fire I- Impact R- Range S- Stability RL- Reload rpm- Rounds per mag Alright now keep in mind these are all legendary and exotic scouts, plus Tlaloc (warlock class exclusive exotic) and Jade Rabbit which is only for PS4 but us Xbox1 main players have its cousin Last Extremity and Omolon Cocytus SR4 available. First of for PvE, generally you want something with decent impact to stagger and with good RoF along with mag size. So I have come to fall in love with 2 so far, which is Hung Jury and Suros DIS-43. I am torn between these two in determining which one is my fave. I also love Tlaloc because I main Warlocks with it’s exotic perk Overflow you gain increased RoF, handling, and stability long as you have your super but I do not want to be bias because my main class preference. When I’m on my Warlock with this gun, I no longer use my super unless needs of crowd control arises. For PvP, you are generally going for builds of fast RoF and low impact for killing time of 4 shots to the head or slow RoF and high impact of 3 headshots which equals out in killing time for both gun architect. So going to give you my sole opinion and preference of picking NL Shadow 701X as my PvP killer of all TTK Scout rifles. It is 1 of 2 fastest RoF of all TTK legendary and exotic Scouts and increase of 37 impact compared to Suros DIS-47’s 35 impact. If you RNG it with Full Auto, Hand-Laid stock/Fitted Stock and lastly Firefly, let me tell you its a monster. This weapon still drops in the crucible as a end of match reward but you can’t re-roll the perks like we did during HoW. I am very lucky to have not dismantled mine from the last DLC that has Full Auto/Hand-Laid Stock/Firefly and its straight up mini auto sniper. Now I do have a PS4 account but I main on Xbox1 and if and thats “IF" I was still doing daily Destiny on PS4 my fave all around Scout for PvE and PvP would probably Jade Rabbit with its exotic Fate of All Fools perk which returns ammo to the mag if you chain bodyshots and gain one bonus damage precision shot and hit it. But since this gun is exclusive to the PS4 I will exclude it. Lastly this is all opinionated towards my play style, you might agree or might not depending on your preference, play style and opinion. I’m just putting everything on the table and you can pick and choose while I make my favorite assumptions. So no butt hurting and trolling, seriously. Plus Iron Banner and ToO has some decent scouts coming out very soon so theres bound to be changes in the horizon.

Edit: I am seeing crying of Tlaloc is way to powerful in pvp from youtube videos and forum threads. It only stays that way when and a major only when the player decides to give up the super for higher rof, stability and range. So its a trade off and in crucible it takes kills or wait time to get your super up. And lastly the damage does not increase a bit. Most are thinking it increased because of faster killing time. So if Bungie decides to nerf Tlaloc's exotic perk due to community butt hurting then to be fair other exotics being over used in pvp needs nerfing too ( Red Death and health regen on kills, Thorn and DoT, Suros Regime and Return health chance, Touch of Malice and I use your Blood for Bullets and so on and so on.)
