Use the Lounge to find Players!!
As a community, we need to designate a way for people to signal that they are looking and willing to accept invites from other players.
I think that if you're looking for people to play with, you should congregate in the lounge area (where the jukebox is). If you want to get an invite, go down there and sit around on some furniture. And if you want to invite someone, just go see who's in the lounge! Easy!!
Now if we could only get people to actually do that and spread the word and get others to do it as well, we might have something.

5 Replies*dance by the juke box for raid. *sit by the first area for nightfall. *sit at the back for crucible, etc... P.s because this is the hunter's tavern all hunters get to go in for free all night. Titans pay 2000 glimmer and Warlocks 1500 glimmer. Parties can be hosted for a collective amount of 10000 glimmer. Free ghost cakes on your birthdays.

19 RepliesI'll have you know that's the Hunter lounge. If you are not a Hunter, or not escorted by one, please refrain from socializing in our area. We need it because we're out there in the thick of enemy lines, studying positions, tracking higher leaders, and relaying all that extremely important information back to the tower so you Titans and Warlocks can bicker over strategies to take them out. (And if we just so happen to assassinate them while there you'll just have to forgive us)

1 ReplyOne section should be for Nightfall's, the next section for Kings fall raid, next would be quests and another kiosk. But that would be an awesome idea. Bungie you listening!!! C'mon Cozmo put this Idea to the devs!!

If bungie implemented some sort of roster that you could sign up to whilest in the lounge or anywhere in the tower, then players looking for fireteam members could just look at the roster and pick players off of the list and invite them to their fireteam.

Lounge is for raids, Under right tree in the tower for NF, To the left of Variks if they have a need to do PoE, Brother Vance for ToO. Bungie should install some benches

agree. BUT...the problem is towers are fairly small. having a terminal where you could select the activity you desire then have your stats auto posted makes sense. then those looking could send invites

I can't see why bungie can't add some sort of lfg console in the tower. Surely that would solve so many problems. They could even tie it into the app.

We have all been needing this for quite some time. Perhaps Bungie will add this at some point in the future.

If you could fit more than a handful of people in any one tower than it might be a good idea. The impossibly small number of people that you would encounter there would make you wait hours to lfg using this method

2 RepliesBump seems awesome. Need a system that can post things in tower lobbies but has a timer to prevent spam. Like click (RS) on Xbox (I dunno what it is on ps sorry) and then click a button and can ask for people for a raid and someone can then simply message u instead of the normal spam of invites.

7 Replies1) upgrade servers to allow more than 12 people in one area. 2) add [u]optional[/u] matchmaking (note optional, dont like it? don't use it, doesn't affect you in any way 3) public chat or when inviting someone, have the notification say what is is. example: "pybboy has invited you to join his fireteam for the taken king raid/nightfall/etc 4) simple billboards/signs in the tower people can sit at to signal others what they want to do. example: big sign saying" nightfall" or whatever. just some thoughts.

I've only ever seen people in the lounge twice. Once when xur sold gjallarhorn, and another time when the entire tower was dancing down there. It would be cool to use this area for something though.
