I main hunter, and the throwing knife is a head magnet. Thrown it straight into the dirt and 90% of the time it'll hit someones head.[spoiler]this stat may be slightly off.[/spoiler] Shoot em once with just about any gun and throw the knife (its pretty much instant kill and with the perk its instant regen so you can do it repeatedly) I believe its far more than strong enough and a buff would and could make it OP.
