It was my starting weapon for my titan (was my first char), the vex would level up with me, when i was lvl 1 the gun was aswell, at lvl 10 the vex was also level 10 When i made my warlock and hunter i noticed it was pretty rare to get it like that (i didn't really liked the khvostov so i restarted everytime i got that stupid weapon whilst hoping for the vex) I deleted my warlock and hunter 69 times each until i just went with the khvostov
